The Mile-Long Opera, a citywide public engagement project, brings together 1,000 singers from across New York for free performances filling the High Line, October 3—7, 2018.

Co-created by architects Diller Scofidio + Renfro and Pulitzer Prize-winning composer David Lang, with words and lyrics by acclaimed poets Anne Carson and Claudia Rankine, The Mile-Long Opera: a biography of 7 o’clock is an ambitious, collective, free choral work that shares personal stories from hundreds of New Yorkers about life in our rapidly changing city.

Only accessible to ticket holders, experience the Highline and opera with us like you never have before! But hurry, tickets are very limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

We're thrilled to offer our YPA Members priority access to tickets for
Thursday, October 4 at 8pm.

Please note: All limited YPA Member tickets have been distributed at this time. Don't miss out next time and sign up for our mailing list. It's free, you'll get invites to monthly YPA events sent right into your inbox, and will be part of a community of young professionals in the arts, who make the arts happen in NYC.
