Sarah Kearns

Marketing and Development Advisor

Sarah Kearns holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Photography from Syracuse University. Sarah currently works for an environmental non-profit with a photographic focus. In addition to volunteering with YPA, she also volunteers at The Met every other Saturday in the visitor services department. Hayley Ferber

Hayley Ferber is a visual art administrator, educator, and practicing artist from Brooklyn, NY.  Her mission is to initiate and support creative opportunities for artists and the community through collaborative partnerships and provide the tools and techniques to guide creative exploration. Hayley graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science in Studio Art and went on to the Rhode Island School of Design for her Masters of Arts in Teaching, Visual Art & Design Education. Since graduating, she has been in educational leadership, curator and arts educator roles at prominent schools and private institutions across

Calin Wilson

Calin Wilson is an arts and brand manager in New York City. He began his career at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts under their namesake festival and the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami. At Arsht, he marketed the Center’s portfolio of performances and built institutional partnerships across South Florida before returning to the Lincoln Center campus, where he is currently the Senior Associate of Relationship Marketing at New York City Ballet. Calin has studied Business Administration at BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Norway, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of Florida.
