YPA Arts Weekly | Feb. 11-17

February 10, 2019 by Young Professionals in the Arts in Weekly Round-Up

This week the College Art Association’s Annual Conference arrives to town and we hope you take advantage of their generous Pay-As-You-Wish policy. It’s perfect for non-members, those not able to afford the steep ticket price, or those who can only attend a few sessions throughout the week. Also featured this week is Fractured Atlas’s staff page outlining their company policies and employee resources. We found this entire site incredibly informative. The transparency and support this arts organization gives its workers should be an industry standard. And though not all of the resources are relevant for a Fractured Atlas outsider, we recommend the Autonomy, Decisions & Conversations, and Aligning Objectives sections. More arts resources and tips in our Read, Go, and Apply sections below—and onward Young Professionals!
